I was in Y1 last time pretty far up for 150€ and it was SO far away...in 2019 I was in M2 for Bon Jovi in like row 10 or so pretty far down which was amazing, so as I see it, Silver Pit seems to be quite good

probably...I saw some top seats for Gelsenkirchen earlier, basically in the block right next to the ones we bought yesterday for 240€ (and yesterday this also still was all 240€) and now they suddenly cost 490€ wtf??
They were already available when the pre-sale started on 16-Mar-2022. The TopSeats are closer to the stage & catwalk. They're an expensive alternative to the Pit. Maybe they're also dynamically priced.
I agree with Irix. Dynamics is the keyword. When Eventim thinks they can make more money at one point - they will just raise the price.
End of 2019 Eventim raised the price for Paul McCartney (TopSeat, GoldenCircle) from € 482.00 to proud € 1,132.00 - [iorr.org] .

Slim.. but they have brought them back for a few slow selling shows in the past.
In '18 they brought back for Cardiff and also had Groupon tix etc.
But generally speaking.. no, they don't reappear.

Additionally, you see all the people sitting around B stage, hardly doing anything by watching. Aweful. It's not worth the money as you find yourself staring at the screens most of the time.
