If it's an E-Ticket you don't have to print it. If it's an print-at-home Ticket you should print it but I don't know if they still exist.

Sometimes they even use dynamic codes that change after a certain time
I got a "printable digital ticket" with bar code, QR code and a digital ticket code (numbers+letters). And in the middle it shows the names Doctor Music, Live Nation, concert west and - no joke - "Last Tour".

Are there any packages with early entry?
Some venues actually do offer pit VIP packages with early entry, not sure if Madrid was one of them.

I don't think he meant early entry, he meant the order in which people lining up. Sometimes you see fans running a line with numbers on hands/on a list, but not always.
I guess it depends on if the people lining up feel like running a list.

Okay, yeah. So the early entry people will obviously have their own line/entrance, and the "regular" pit ticket holders their own.
