I think I got my first issue in 1983. I placed an trade ad in the next issue to get my boots collection up and running (I had tapes of about 10 bootlegs at that point) and my finances have never been the same since!!!
The scary thing is that some of the first people I traded with are still here!
Even though the magazine 'lapsed' a bit in the late 80's (as did the band) its still quite an achievement - especially in the internet era - for a magazine to last 25 years. Well done Bjornulf
..and I still have the IORR fan club t-shirt that was sold in 1984!
----------------------------------------------------- Oh, give me the beat, boys, and free my soul I wanna get lost in your rock and roll and drift away
And Gazza I guess that 1984 T-shirt still fits on you! Most of us others can't use those 1984 fan club t-shirts anymore. I do still remember being at the printers who hand made those on high quality Dovre t-shirts, so both the print and the shirt should last forever, like the Stones...
If I were to spend time on cosmetics and the home page look then I would have less time to spend on news entries and tour info. Anybody who want me to stop that for two weeks or so, and make a nicer looking iorr front/home page?
