Those two documentaries are no longer available on Netflix. Any idea why?

well yeah, with the subscription.

The ones I've listed are free on amazon, with the subscription. What I'm saying is that even though I have the subscription, those are additionally 'purchasable'.

I believe that's what the original inquiry was about, it was free (with subscription), and now it's not.

Yeah, I've found out the hard way waiting a little too long to watch a movie.

That's why I don't mind having my 'hard copies' of concerts, or 'the Seinfeld Collection', or a few other things that I find easier to watch via streaming, but I don't want to have to worry about it not being available, or 'held hostage' when moved to an alternate streaming 'solution'.

Sorry, I'm not buying 'Peacock' or whatever the hell else they try to shill my way.

They're probably being shuffled around to another service. There's so many of them they're always competing. Bill's 'The Quiet One' has been on Hulu for some time.

Yeah, I looked for that today and saw it's on IFC where I'm from. We don't get Hulu in Canada.

When purchased in the Apple iTunes-Store you can download it and make a local Backup. No worry then about an Internet blackout or that the Studio could revoke the film's license.

Crossfire Hurricane has been on the BBC catch up service and i player recently if that helps anybody

I saw OLE! on tv just a few weeks ago on Verizon Fios...
May have been AXS-tv or PBS ... can't remember

get the dvd/blueray or download it to your computer... dont trust online services as they change all the time.
