of Every Night's a Saturday Night DVD
and yes running time is approx twenty mins longer .....

Elvis' sessionographies have been very meticulously documented in books and online for decades. With basic fact checking being so easy, I couldnt believe he had the audacity to claim he played on a massive Elvis hit in Hollywood when he was 18. Especially when the guy who DID play on it is something of a legend on that instrument.

he would have been 17 had he played on that Dion record. Presumably it was done in New York. Buddy Lucas played the part that Bobby seems to think he recorded!

Thanks for setting me straight Gaz, I swallowed the bait, not a good look for him to that claim. Sender or Wanderer.

I did appreciate his doc though, and the "stones" he had with the Stones. Hell of a career and his chops started so young.

Its a really good documentary, isnt it? He sure packed a lot in.

Was a pleasure to meet him a few times on the Voodoo Lounge tour. Really nice guy.

Bobby was irreplaceable in the Stones in a similar way that Charlie is irreplaceable.
Their signature sounds and contributions to the Stones were indelible, and no one can properly stand in their shoes.

Fun and interesting documentary, much like the man himself. I was also impressed with Jim Price. I didn't really know anything about him before other than he played trumpet. He seems like a real straight shooter. Thanks for posting!
