Tubi is a good service. Free and available on most people's tv's. And it has a surprisingly large selection of things to watch.

Very enjoyable, thanks for sharing that.
Only criticism I would have is that I'd like a bit more of a deep dive on some of the things he did other than the Stones, like with Elvis for example...isolating the Return To Sender sax, stuff like that. Even WITH the Stones, getting a bit more detail.
Maybe I got spoiled with too much detail from the Get Back and the Rick Rubin Paul McCartney series, but they are fantastic in their execution.

he didnt play on any Elvis recording, despite what he claims in his book. Elvis' regular saxophonist, the great Boots Randolph is on that track. The idea that Elvis would have hired some 18 year old unknown to play on that is laughable.
I think he made up a story that he plays the sax solo on Dion's 'The Wanderer' as well. Absolute nonsense.

LOL good point.
Elvis' sessionographies have been very meticulously documented in books and online for decades. With basic fact checking being so easy, I couldnt believe he had the audacity to claim he played on a massive Elvis hit in Hollywood when he was 18. Especially when the guy who DID play on it is something of a legend on that instrument.
he would have been 17 had he played on that Dion record. Presumably it was done in New York. Buddy Lucas played the part that Bobby seems to think he recorded!
