So....a bootleg? Basically, although we don't have a tracklist, the same thing we got with 'Live '65: Music from Charlie is my Darling'? And where does 'CNY' fit in? Does Stills know he wasn't part of the group then?

I think the Crosby and Nash Stuff is from 1971 - not 1970 -, when they toured the UK as a duo.

Not a bootleg. TV and radio shows that are more than 50 years old and have not been released officially pass out of copyright. So long as you pay the composers of the songs no laws have been broken.

However I do feel embarrassed that I put this thread in Tell Me rather than Hot Stuff - sorry

bootlegs - yes, illegal – most likely not. Unless these recordings have been officially released before they are they are now public domain (any recording not officially released/commercially used within 50 years after the end of the year in which it has been recorded become public domain in the EU)
