It's really a beautiful song and it works surprisingly well live!

It Won't Take Long - well, Ronnie's parts are surely to improve.

It Won't Take Long has been messed up a bit...but it rocks anyway! It Won't take Long for the boys to master it on stage!

It won't take long was NOT messed up. It's the first time they played it live and it was very well received in the Bowl. I was actually surprised how many people sang a long with the song.

thanks so much for the posting of this..
is it my imagination or did mick repeat the verse 'all i hear is the sound of rain falling on the ground" 3 times and omit altogether the other verses, including 'my riches can't buy everything, i want to hear the children sing"?
no teleprompter? no rehearsal time? artistic license? complete indifference?

Does anyone really think this is a "great" rendition of "As tears go by"? Have they ever heard the original? I still don't see why the Stones are mutilating one of their loveliest early ballads when in fact Keith Richards can't play it properly but needs serious finger surgery instead. Every schoolboy could strum it the way he does play it here. Has fingerpicking become so impossible for Keith?

But thanks for the posting anyway.
