OT good record stores in New York City?

I'm going to visit New York in November and I wonder if there are any good record stores left… Any recommendations?

For rock, from top favorite to lesser favorite:
Academy Records in the East Village and Greenpoint (great selection of used)
Brooklyn Record Exchange (in Bushwick, large used selection)
Captured Tracks (decent, near Greenpoint Academy Records)
A1 (decent, a little rundown, in East Village)
Stranded Records in the Village (mostly new)

Rough Trade Records. Brooklyn location was great with a small live room in the back. I attended the Ben Harper and the Innocent Criminals record releaser party there. Haven't been to new location yet.

Excellent suggestions from Time Out here, but my favorites are Academy Records and Rough Trade.

What about House of oldies in the Village? Still left?
They used to have a great selection of used records.
The old Rough Trade location was perfect. Used to live 10 min from there. My casual hang out place.
