Happy - with both Mick and Keith?

Does anyone know the last time Mick and Keith performed “Happy” together?

I love Keith’s solo version, but after listening to some versions recently w Mick, I realized I miss the shared mic harmonies.

Would love to see them get together for this number at least once during this tour - preferably at the show in Hollywood, Florida!

As I seem to recall, the apocryphal scuttlebutt is that Mick was contractually prohibited from being on stage for Keith's numbers from 81 onward.

I am NOT saying I believe this to be the case.

Happy did not show back up until 1989, and Mick was not on stage for the Keith section. I know at Paradiso 95, Connection was sung as a M & K duet.

Anyone else know anything?

Mick sang a couple of lines of Little T+A in Leeds 1982. Apart from that, he's been off stage for Keith's numbers since, as far as I know.

I always thought that sometimes Mick was almost sabotaging Happy with his changing the lyrics. Some recordings I've heard anyway.

Jagger sang backup on Little T&A for quite some of the 1981 shows. Mostly he was goofing around behind Charlie, or left the stage half way the song to change shirts.

Look at dvd LA '75 Happy. Jagger must help in this song. Keith complete out of control in singing the song.

I'm very happy with both Mick and Keith. They are doing a great job.

I don't think we can begrudge Mick a few moments off stage each show to get refurbished for the second half.

The two best Happy Live performances for me are the Ladies and Gentlemen one with Mick and Keith singing together and the 1989 Atlantic City one with only Keith

I'm guessing Mick is psyched to grab a rest during Keith's numbers.. The man is incredible out there still, age IS just a number

On other note it's been fun to see them sharing the mic on other songs this tour tho

I think he should just run around the stage during Keith's set, but not sing anything.

I just read it. Yeah pretty dumb idea. That's Keith's spotlight and Mick is going around clapping his hands waving and dancing. That's like Robert Plant throwing T shirts in the audience while Page is playing the solo to Heartbreaker. Beyond stupid. What's next suggesting Play With Fire as an opener?
