This is the most evil thing I ever! Got tickets. Paying - no you haven't got them anymore. Again and f... again. Then nothing USD 3000 for pit. WTF!!!! An hour plus - I can't get anything. Nothing!!!!

Is stubhub safe and reliable and worthwhile to pay 10% more of face value there? I didn't use it. It says when your mobile ticket is ready, accept the ticket transfer offer from your email account, the ticket will be ready on 22nd Nov, so day before the show. I won't receive it in my account before?

When you got a stones ticket for this show, did it go through just like that or did you have to click many times?

StubHub is legit, yes. Once a ticket sells, they issue a new barcode.

Just wondering after I grab seats if I should click again after "We are unable to complete your request on this device." or try different seats.

Yeah I restored modems, cleared everything, different browsers, different devices AND still would get in and grab ticket only to get the "this device does not work message" .. After speaking with a friend he says it's most likely the volume and those tkts are spoken for, not the "device", cuz like many of you I can buy other shows on same device.. Do wish we could wait in line all night at a box office again tho

Seems TM has this reversed. They are preventing the fans from getting tickets with Cant use this device or someone else got that ticket BS. If someone else purchased the ticket I should not see up for sale and I should not see it! Meanwhile tickets went on sale at Stubhub and other sites yesterday ...and they were not just speculators. Section & seat #'s were listed. Has to be a better way of doing this. i expect nothing less from TM. High fees and little or no chance of the average person getting a reasonable ticket for a reasonable price has been their motto in my book...for decades. I understand there is high demand but not being able to purchase the 4,5 or $700 tickets I can see for sale because my device is blocked...is fishy, when it lets me by the $5K tickets.

Same ticket in section 205 was going for $500 now going for $2190, sheesh.

I had the same experience - wouldn’t let me buy on the same device I always use and then when I started over the “tickets already went to another person” thing. I was so excited at first - 400 ahead of me in the queue, got 2 pit tickets in the cart and then all the bad news. I can’t help but feel all of this is just a nasty scam. I know that some people got in and congratulations to them!

StubHub tickets are guaranteed AFAIK.

But, TM still has tickets available too..

Hi Angee or anyone else that was able to purchase a ticket. Just curious if you are still able to purchase tickets? I have tried my desktop, laptop and cell phone and TM wont let me purchase anything. The reasons are were are unable to complete this transaction on this device and someone purchased those tickets. I keep seeing tickets pop up. If TM likes you computer ...can you see if you are still allowed to purchase ?

thank you Angee. I really should have expected nothing less from TM.

I’ve stayed here many times including the guitar hotel. There are 3 or 4 different hotels on site. It is the absolute jewel of Florida. The swimming pools are spectacular. There are several restaurants including the Bae Korean Grill which is one of the best restaurants and bars I’ve ever been in. They even have a live DJ in the restaurant. Not to be missed. This will be THE concert event of the year. They also have an amazing discotech upstairs. The entire resort is spectacular. This place will be packed with some of the most beautiful women you’ve ever seen. My only complaint is they don’t have “live” craps or roulette. For anyone going, Enjoy.

This is shaping up to be an unprecedented sleazefest. I'd be surprised if there wasn't also a strip club at "the facility"
