There is a cool little blues bar in painters alley where many local artists go and jam together, could have been there. We went there last time we were in Nashville and meet some great artists.

Yeah, they did do Connection at the Beacon. I was there, second night.
In the film, Wikipedia says only part of it was in there, cut into with interviews.
