Nice to see the brothers together. And a nice little, even catchy tune for an adult taste. Melody reminds me a bit of "Biggest Mistake", by the way.

Just looking at those brothers I cannot help to think that Chris probably is something Mick might be like if he hadn't decided once upon time ago not to grow up gracefully... (glad he didn't! - the world is full of us 'normal' chrisjaggers, but only one freak of nature called Mick Jagger...)grinning smiley

perhaps one of Jagger's most endearing and underrated abilities is his consistently great work through the years as a back up vocalist...he's really good at it.

It has really been a while since I have seen this version of Mick. It is really pleasant and somehow I believe that if he and Keith sat down as just them and not as frontmen we would have another great collection of Rolling Stones songs.

PS This is not the first time the two brothers perform together e.g. [www.youtube.com] and [www.youtube.com]

If only the Stones could come up with 12 catchy tunes like this. The swing, the easiness, the joy. But...they can’t. The burden of their legacy is their ball & chain.

Great song, and the entire album too!

It's not the first time Mick sang on his brother tune tough. A couple of years ago they performed Concertina Jack from one of the Chris's albums.

I agree. I think Keith is wedded to the Jagger/Richards songwriting credit. He doesn't want to slap his name on a solo Jagger song or let other songwriters in, and he can't sit down with Mick and write like they used to back in the day.

It doesn't have to be that way. insisting on Jagger/Richards only is archaic and leads to 15 years with no new original albums. Very few popular artists today want sole songwriting credit. They work with other writers. Imagine what the last few decades could have been if the Stones had been willing to let other writers contribute.

Jahisnotdead: by far the best observation I read about the Stones. All it needs is a good selection of covers, Rick Rubin as producer and a one room studio. A final CD called: Charlie is our darling.

A hummingbird guitar owner the beginning with both of them writing with a hummingbird was very cool:-)

Anyone knows if both guitar's are Mick's? since it seem it's shot at Mick's house in France?

I was surprised to see how much Chris is taller than Mick, when they stand back to back.

Very nice song Chris Jagger! and very uplifting too. Mick's backing vocals are a nice touch.

Deserves airplay and a physical release.

It's a stand-up bass, no?

And dancing may not be Chris' forte!
Damn funny and fun though.

Some other collaborations between Chris and Mick are on the album 'Chris Jagger's Atcha' (1994)....I think Mick is on two tracks.

Also, the 'Knights of the Blues Table' compilation album (1997), I think they are on one song together.
