That's not what rehearsing is about. In a big football team surely everybody knows how to play football. They still need to train together to fine tune their playing as a team. Same with a band

Darryl gets away with playing the root note four times per bar, so a) what is there to fine tune about that and b) why would anyone fly ten hours and back just for doing that?

That's national interest. Wow.

You don't need a visa of any type if you're a US Citizen or Resident. The restrictions on travel from EU, UK etc. only apply to non-US citizens and those with special permission.

I only commented on his general ability to enter the US. I don't get the way you choose where to make your point and where not while it's obvious that they exempt themselves of any rule and get away with it.
