I'll be more than happy to enjoy that! Got to see them 1X only live, fall 1973 in Duke's Cameron Indoor Stadium. My email is in my profile.

That's Marc Bolan in the top left corner?
Top Gear-John Peel on March 8, 1970.

Without question.

Also, Rod played Stay With Me with Billy Joel the other night.

Is that John Peel (BBC Radio 1 DJ) and John Lord of Deep Purple fame?

Looks like Robert Wyatt and Mike Ratledge, both of Soft Machine.

Hadn't seen this stereo promo before..very cool, very late '68. This single flopped and the band split...

That's John Peel next to Marc Bolan.

Thanks for that. It was truly an era that produced an amazing vibe that may never be equaled. These guys didn't read music but they understood it. Keith knows that the roll is more important than the rock...Faces were always grooving if you ask me.

Best box set purchase in a long time. Just finished disc five. I’m in no hurry so I’m making it last and savoring the “newness”. Even though many tracks are repeated several times, they all sound soooo good! Much better than Coast to Coast which didn’t include Lane anyhow.

Is it worth getting if one has literally everything with The Faces including Five Guys Walk Into A Bar... And all the bootleg live stuff + DVD's?

I'm on the fance on this one.... confused smiley
