I like Let's Spend the Night Together, it's filmed beautifully and Mick's very energetic in his football pants

Considering the 24th August 2021: 'Charlie Is My Darling'.

I agree, I think this is the best filmed. It looks amazing and I like the camera work. I also like the sound mix.

Downsides: Sped up tape and truncated/missing songs.

It's kind of a toss-up.

The worst filmed: Leeds 1982

The Original Broadcast Cut is so familiar that when it was recut for the Official Release, I will admit it took me by surprise as I was expecting different shots, but it works really well.

I love how rough and ready L&G is, Texas 78 is the best singular performance. But imo the best is Sweet Summer Sun it's beautifully filmed

The whole film is embarrassing. Mick looks ridiculous with those stupid paints.

That's because it wasn't really filmed. It was just screen shots from the in stadium video monitors.

Well, it's much better than nothing. I thought with all the crappy bootlegs over the years that a decent film of the '75 Tour didn't exist. It did. Still hoping for a '76 official video, or dream of dreams, from '73.

I thought it was horrendously filmed, personally. It was if the director suffered from ADHD. Endless jump cuts ruining a document of what were a couple of very good concerts.

I just saw the Fonda Sticky Fingers show. I was really surprised how hot the band was for a latter day Stones. And it is beautifully filmed.

One of my favourite performances by Charlie is the Twickenham 2003 show, with a really powerful version of Paint It Black:

Take your pick. The 70s stuff sounds better, is better played. The late 80s stuff onwards gets more production gloss, better staging and looks better.

There isn't a single film I could say is The Best.

I respect that, I guess i've grown used to all the jump cut trickery, but I still think it's a great representation of Band & Crowd, something that i really enjoy is the Audience Reaction Shots, as we know more than 70% of the crowd are first timers having a truly cultural cross generational experience.

The Sun, The Moon, The Rolling Stones

I just dislike the talking videos in between the songs

I think the interviews are a nice add to deepen the SF concept, but should be optional choose: see the gig with or without the interviews. Or as a separate ”Making of SF” mini documentary as a bonus feature.

I enjoy watching Sweet Summer Sun the most, probably because I've been there. I also very often watch Tokyo and Atlantic City...the shows on Titally Stripped are enjoyable too, I think. Recently, I liked Rio a lot.

Ladies and Gentleman The Rolling Stones 1972 -IMHO the Stones at there best and firing on all cylinders in multiple directions and then some . The top of the Summit ! A close follow up would be Brussels as this is the show where Mick says it's a guitar assault !

I agree, it should have been optional. I remember that the show was broadcast without the interviews in Germany. Can anyone confirm? Never got a chance to watch it.

The Sun, The Moon, The Rolling Stones

Personally, I think thats an utter myth. The Stones have toured regularly for decades. Most people have had numerous chances to see them by this stage.

I doubt that
a) they're almost totally recycling their audience from one tour to the next and
b) most people who have been lucky enough to go to a Rolling Stones concert never bother seeing them again.

To answer the original question :

TAMI Show, Four Flicks, Totally Stripped, Some Girls Live In Texas, Hampton 81, Tokyo 1990, L&G
