Munich, Amsterdam, Stockholm, Paris, London and Prague have already seen their NoFilter shows in 2017/18…

The remaining dates seem like they'd be June 9 and 17, and July 7, 15 and 27.

LA, and arguably Miami, had two No Filter appearances ('19 & '21)

I think they'll drop the No Filter and make it anniversary related, but doubt we'll see much in the way of stage changes.
They got a lot of shows out of the NF stage(s), a lot more than they'll likely end up utilizing with any new one, unfortunately.

Probably a silly question, but I'm new to Stones tours (Amsterdam will hopefully be my first gig if I can get tickets )... They're only doing one show per city, right?

Could also be that they use the same stage (for cost-related reasons) - maybe with some variations - but a completely different theme and video show. They stage is fairly neutral so the show completely depends on what is shown on the screens. I don't think they will advertise it as "No Filter" for the reasons you already stated.
Could also be that they rent a rather normal "festival stage" and extend it with their own decorations and the sidewalks and all that stuff. Kind of similar to what they had on the 14 on fire tour.

They could use the outer 2 towers and then replace the 2 inner towers by a single large Video-screen since the Stones consist now of 3 members.

Like that idea..
I think bringing back the B-stage for this leg would be great as well, but with just the three of them.
A small acoustic set out in the crowd would be nice again.

Bring back abb stage please. LOVED that one
