I think it's clear after two covid summers how strong the seasonality of the virus is. Last summer here in Europa we were really worried about the full stadiums and people gathering around the stadiums during the European football cup. Surprisingly it didn't have that much of an impact on the case numbers which were quite low at that time. The expected Delta wave didn't git until it got colder. That why I assume stadium concerts will be totally possible next summer.
Me too, see the low Covid-numbers in Summer 2020-21 - [iorr.org] . And as promised by BioNTech on 8-Dec-2021, they will deliver an updated vaccine against the Omicron-variant from March 2022.
I think there's little doubt that outdoor gigs will go ahead in the UK and Europe from May onwards. Roll on Summer. For all the reasons mentioned above.

I would think so considering it's been a few years since they've played there, and would hope so for the sake of the fans in the UK and Europe who were unable to travel to the US on the recent leg.
There's also the fact they've sort of over-saturated themselves here in the US/North America with consecutive legs of No Filter - most people I know here have seen enough of them - diehards and casual fans alike.
But if they do play in the US and trot out the same old show, I'd probably happily/hesitantly see them one more time for tradition sake, but based on the recent shows without Charlie one show would be enough.

I have high doubts they will ever do a string of Canadian shows, but the market here in Canada is extremely undersaturated for Stones shows. After the Vegas show I've had probably 40-50 messages from people in Van, Edmonton, Calgary, Ottawa, and Toronto saying they've never seen them or would love to see them again and that it's been years.

From an article on nola.com:
2022 New Orleans Jazz Fest lineup is out Thursday; who will, or won't, be on the list?
By Keith Spera
January 19, 2022
Rolling Stones?
The Rolling Stones were booked at Jazz Fest in 2019, only to cancel so Mick Jagger could have heart surgery. They were rebooked in 2020, though that wasn’t announced before the whole Jazz Fest was canceled because of COVID.
They were then a surprise addition to the fall 2021 Jazz Fest, slated for a stand-alone Wednesday show at the Fair Grounds as a part of a 13-date North American tour. That Jazz Fest, too, was canceled, but the rest of the Stones tour played on without founding drummer Charlie Watts, who died in August.
As their willingness to reschedule in both 2020 and 2021 makes clear, the Stones are keen to make good on their commitment to Jazz Fest. But whether or not they’d be available this spring is unclear. They’ve announced no tour plans for 2022.
However, given that they grossed a reported total of $115 million for the dozen gigs played in 2021, they’ve got plenty of incentive to get back on the road. Whether that will be in North America or Europe is unknown.
If – and that's a big "if" – it happens, it would be another huge Jazz Fest surprise.

So, southern and central America in 2023; Europe and the U.K. this year. Will they ever stop rolling?? What a band! Actually, shouldn't Australasia be next; or, at least, after Europe and the U.K.?

No doubt they have plans/hopes of playing the UK and elsewhere this summer, but two major players will be playing this spring in the southern US.
As they have no plans to be elsewhere in the spring, my money is still on a Jazz Fest appearance.

Nobody is going to be touring Australia/NZ or Asia for a long time. They don’t even seem to have any interest in getting back to the point of allowing things like concerts to happen.
But yeah, South/Latin America could probably go in 2023 if they were so inclined.

Checked the 2022 Jazz Fest lineup which is just announced today. The Who are headlining the first weekend and Stevie Nicks the second weekend. Sounds like there will be more performers added.

Actually that is incorrect. Here in NZ we've just had quite a few summer concerts and music festivals. Granted who knows for how much longer as Omicron isn't going to be kept at the border forever. Your statement however is incorrect.

The official Stones Facebook and Twitter accounts posted "Cause troubles a comin' in more ways than one" yesterday, pretty out of the blue..
Could be the the start of a new teaser campaign for a new tour. I don't think it's party of the Tattoo You remastered promotion..
