two that don't really need illustrating, but i have these beautiful shots handy, so ...
- 1990, Gibson Dove Flattop, by Antonin Kratochvil (courtesy of BrownEyedGirll)
- 2003, Gibson Hummingbird Flattop, by Luis Sanchis
i was reading that vintage guitar site, and was wondering about this statement, which is made about both the Dove and the Hummingbird:
"Because this is a square shoulder guitar, there aren't a lot of collectors interested in this model." (that's on this page: [
www.provide.net])
so could anyone explain (please and thank you kindly!) what's with the square shoulders, and why they're less desirable?
