Let's see - I tried compiling a list of reportedly rehearsed songs - not including all the "warhorses":

    She's So Cold
    Happy
    Slipping Away
    Under My Thumb
    Sad Sad Sad
    Angie
    Street Fighting Man
    You Got Me Rocking
    Bitch
    Living In A Ghost Town
    Emotional Rescue
    Memory Motel
    Like A Rolling Stone
    Just My Imagination
    Doom And Gloom
    Wild Horses
    Before They Make Me Run
    Rough Justice
    Dancing With Mr. D
    Shine A Light
    Sympathy
    19th Nervous Breakdown
    Doo Doo Doo Doo Doo
Living In the Heart of Love
    Beast of Burden
    Crazy Mama
    Flip the Switch

Missing anything? I didn't take the MarieFranceRemillard tweets into account.

Thanks for the info BV. I especially liked your comment:
“Shame on those who complain about them going on tour without Charlie. Their music is their life, and they are not done yet.“

No shame on me whatsoever. For those who choose to go, good for you! I hope everyone has a great time! And I'm sure you will. And I honestly and sincerely mean that. But there is definitely no "shame" involved with my decision that I want my last show to be Chicago 2019 with Charlie. Zero shame at all and neither should there be.

I always took them for granted. Still do. I don't accept that Charlie has passed away - in my mind. At nights I have dreams about Charlie. Sure I see there is no car number four with Carlie anymore, but it is still not real for me. They have been with me in my life for fifty years on one month now. I hope they live forever.

As do so many of us. Their music forever tied to events in my life never ever to be forgotten. I don’t dream of them at night. But they damn sure are in my head every waking moment since around 65ish when I became aware and 68 when they staked out their space :-)

Judging by rehearsed songs...no unplugged set? Only Angie from the lost was played on small stage. No Dead Flowers, Sweet Virginia, Play with Fire, or Let it Bleed.

Would possibly seem that way.

Was thinking about it last night and could see the small stage set being used as a tribute to Charlie.

Could see Wild Horses and maybe even Shine a Light working for it.

At minimum, rehearsals would suggest that if they do the small stage set, it may be a static two songs.

I completely agree with every word of your comment. There is no shame in your decision or in my own identical decision. I'm really surprised at the critical tone of BV's comment. Surely each of us has a right to hold the opinions we do.

Everyone grieves in their own way. Every true Rolling Stones fan will want to mark Charlie's death in whatever way works for them. For me that way is to step aside in a spirit of respect, feeling that, FOR ME, The Stones without Charlie is simply not The Stones. But that is an entirely personal decision. I would never tell anyone else how to mark his passing.

And, good people, if you are one of those people who wants to mourn Charlie by rocking out to whatever group on musicians stands on stage in the name of The Rolling Stones, then I hope, pray and fervently wish you every joy in doing so.

Crazy Mama will most likely be played at the private gig next week if they rehearsed it.

The last time they played it was in 2015 at the Belly Up, another private gig.

Agree completely with your, and all of our, right to mourn Charlie in any way they choose, of course.

Respectfully though- calling them "whatever group on (sic) musicians stands on stage in the name of.."- is disrespectful to those that (correctly imo) disagree with you as well as the band. Exactly the type of comment that would warrant the "shame on those who.." remark.

Have lived through every core personnel change they've had, and every time someone could have, and did repeat the same.. "Not The Rolling Stones without" nonsense. And of course it's still The Rolling Stones- every time.

I agree, playing live keeps them alive, Charlie himself believed that he was always in better health while touring, who knows, maybe this music is good for health.
Also just watching The Who live from 2019 and seeing how happy Pete and Roger were playing together, who would dare shame them for continuing without Keith or John, and it should be the same for Mick and Keith, life goes on for the living, and thank God this music goes on.

Sure. I might have been a bit hash there. But I was just back from rehearsals, and I have been listening to them a lot lately, they do still have so much power. And then I thought - These two guys, who happened to meet at Dartford Train station way back... They are still together.

They just keep playing Like A Rolling Stone for some reason, don't they?

If they played the listed songs as a setlist, and skipped the other warhorses, I'd be much more tempted to drive a few hundred miles to see the show. As it is, I'm satisfied with Chicago 2 2019 as my last show (for now).

They didn't play Like a Rolling Stone at any any of the four shows I attended in '19, and thankfully so as I never did any like their versions,
but I imagine it could be an appropriate tune for what migh be their farewell to the USA.

As for Sympathy...seems like it's been a warhorse for many years now...can't remember the last show I attended where it wasn't played.

Those are unconfirmed so far. BV called that a made up list. [iorr.org]-

For all we know, MarieFranceRemillard tweeted those songs had been rehearsed after she read georgemcdonnell's post saying "I can see them rehearsing Neighbors, Black Limosine, Waiting on a Friend, Worried About You and Keith playing Little T&A. on here.

Maybe it was just a misunderstanding.

That makes more sense.

I had a hard time seeing them dedicating 2 songs to Tattoo You, similar to the Zip Code (Sticky Fingers) tour (excluding Start Me Up) and 2 songs to the smaller stage (which remains to be seen if they will do or not).

It would be great if we got some of those rarer songs in the set list. However I expect it to be the same songs we have had for an eternity.Maybe an odd rarity. The Jordan era would be an ideal opportunity to radically shake things up.Otherwise same ,same.

Saw your post on page 12, yes. But now you have hit the jackpot!

Would much like to think they'll do Shine a Light for Charlie, as a.regular.

I try to picture it all in my mind.

Hope you manage to meet up with other fans from Europe and other parts of the world, who have made this Tour an Adventure just to get to the USA. smileys with beer
