I've been on the prowl to try and get a spare lucky dip to this Vegas show for the last couple of weeks. I thought it would be cool as I've never had one before, but if that doesn't pan out what would people recommend for getting a regular ticket this late in the game? Is it better to wait until just before the show? Am I better off getting a deal on a re-sale ticket or will regular tickets potentially lower in pricing? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

Its a Saturday night in Las Vegas and a lot going on that day-

If this was anywhere other than Vegas I'd say wait till showtime, buy one outside the stadium. Still may not be a bad plan (hang out by where LD's are being picked up).. lot of times people use LDs as backup, but they'll be plenty of competition for extras.

If it were me I'd grab one now if I could. If it's just a single you're looking for there is one resale on TM for GA floor @ $160 right now. Not much above face. If a LD comes along.. here or elsewhere, selling your GA will likely be fairly easy.

Thanks so much for the advice. I scooped that up as a backup plan. I really appreciate your insight, I'm a bit of a noob. I really want to go to this show, after waiting too long and thinking about it.

Interesting.. opposite end of the stage on the field? So a standing ticket, in terms of view of the stage, (or seats for that matter) is not as good for viewing the concert as rear GA it seems. Also appears the standing tix are actually below grade of the field..,,

Nice private entrance, good food options and a DJ, bet they fill it.. perhaps good for football, looks horrible for concerts

I was just looking at hotel rooms and transpo - yikes! This might actually put downward pressure on (secondary) ticket prices.

Sat night in Vegas always stupidly priced. I booked the Luxor which is walking distance and staying until Monday since Sunday night is cheap and spending the day watching football in the sports book is fun. Given parking and transportation not a concern its not a bad deal given parking is $100. Sign up for their mlife promotion and use code TMLIFE and its 25% off.

Definitely up for post shows drinks at the Luxor. Pre-show I am worried about getting gear in and don't drink before "work".
