No, I can't do it, unfortunately. Lots of reasons.

By the way:

The weird part is that Ticketmaster actually doesn't have a Vegas presale scheduled for 7/29...so can't hurt to try this code tomorrow at noon and see what happens.

The stadium sold psl's personal seat licenses to people for 30 years for the raiders american football games and raised about $550 million doing so to finance the stadium.
So these holders are offered a presale for events outside the games

The stadium is an easy walk from Luxor and Mandalay Bay, just over a bridge over the 15. You are already going to pay for parking at the hotels anyway.

not if you are staying there in which case the daily rate is $15 a day.

Free parking with M Life Players card at all MGM Resorts (Mandalay Bay, Luxor, Delano, NY NY, MGM, Excalibur, etc.), but it could depend on what level of card.
