It's a partial list. Slow selling shows are what this is for so even an artist not participating nationwide could show up in one city.
All I'm saying is this could be an option for a show that looks wide open like Atlanta to dump some extra tickets.

Yeah, and what I'm saying the Stones don't seem to be on that list. Those are probably all Live Nation artists.
