What do you mean? Did you buy LD tickets before?
You don't just 'get" LDs now. You had to buy them back in February 2020 for Tampa basically.
Of course, if you want to get a refund for the seats you currently have, you can do that and buy new/better ones, if available.

From the back of the Luxor/Delano/Mandalay Bay Hotels and across the freeway to stadium. (see google maps).

I have a ticket for Detroit and contacted them prior to the announcement to see if ticket was still refund eligible and received a response of yes (I kept ticket but wanted to understand my options in case couldn’t make new date).
You need to click Contact Us and then either email or chat and request a refund. I’d recommend going by email. It may take a few days for them to get back to you but they will get back to you and you will be able to get a refund (at least as of 1-2 weeks ago).
For reference, I did not see a refund button since the time of my purchase (bought after postponement but before new announcement). For other Stones shows (Nashville), I did have the Request a Refund button.

Had read earlier that the least amount of walking to the stadium involved taking a tram from Excalibur to Mandalay Bay, where it is the shortest.

Yeah but Cannada have gone a bit radical in recent times, a bit over the top when it comes to covid, can't say as I'm surprised the Stones saw that venue as too risky, same situation with New York.

From my perspective I would always rather pay a bit more and stay in a hotel walking distance from the show. It makes getting in and getting out so much more enjoyable/less stressful and that in turn makes the show so much more fun without even thinking about how I'm going to get out. Getting a cab/uber/lyft is often times near impossible for a long time after the show and yes I have tried to walk a bit before calling a ride service and that still often doesn't work. I count myself as fortunate that I can stay in hotels close enough to walk.
I have had too many miserable experiences (Foxboro/Rose Bowl/Dodger Stadium, to name a few) getting to and out of events that if I can't walk it takes away a bit of the enjoyment factor for me.

For those at Excalibur, you can take free tram to Mandalay Bay to shorten walk, and from there go over Hacienda bridge.

For those familiar with Atlanta, is mass transit/Marta a viable option to and from the show so don't need hotel walking distance from the Stadium? I may make a weekend out of the trip to Atlanta and can't get a hotel within walking distance to the stadium at this time. Thanks!
