I was really hoping Switzerland would win, and it went to penalties ,and it was the match of the Euros for me , so far.

Great football entertainment, and hoping England are going to do the job tomorrow.

You lost Poltava to Russians. In that battle in 1709 Ukrainians were on Sweden side. Well, at least the best of Ukrainians.

England's first win, in a major championship, against Germany since 1966. Germany played well the first 15 minutes then the game went into a standstill. Until Sterling, player of the match, scored in the second half.
Müller did get one chance but missed it. England had a high pressure in the second half - Germany had problems getting past their own defense line. Their goalie seemed to be hesitant doing an outkick.
Congrats England. Now Lööw can go back picking his nose in more seclusive areas.

That's football and also why we like it.

Sorry to spoil the party, but from what I've seen until now, I'm still not a fan of the english team.They have to play far better vs Italy, Spain or Belgium if they want to win the Cup.

Also one could expect some other surprises in the next games with Czesch Republic, Denmark or Switzerland...on the next round we'll see.

It seems both Swedish and Ukrainian teams do not want to play Engand next round. The stupidest game in this round.

Now Ukraine have to bit England on Wenmbly. I am sorry for them wifes of Ukrainian players. They have to wait another week for vacations on exotic islands.

Congrats to Ukraine. The red card on extra time made the difference. At least we didn't have to be tormented by penalties.
Ukraine have some quality players. I hope they can show some of those qualities against England in the quarterfinal. Good luck.
