I don't! Portugal is much more than Ronaldo! And they have won the last Euro-Championship and the Nations-League! Unfortunately Belgium and Portugal meet each other in the eight final and not in the final.

I reckon Netherlands and Belgium will get through to the next round .

Will be watching both games on TV with a few cans of lager .

It's easy to predict and it's easy to be wrong. How many did predict Italy-Austria 0-0 and Wales-Denmark 0-4?

I want a Netherlands-Belgium final. A lowlands derby.

The Czechs deserved to win. The Dutch played clueless and not very sharp.This was their first real test in the tournament and they cracked. Congrats to the Czechs.

Too be honest I think they deserved to lose. A lot of players, especially Memphis Depay, just suck. He thinks he's Messi or Ronaldo and has been pursuing a "hip-hop career" next to being a footballer. He never did anything good for the national team.

The goal: Sure, it had the wobble but it ends up pretty much in the middle of the goal. From a far distance. A great goal but not a great goalie intervention. He seemed short in reach.

Portugal the better team. But if you don't score...

And by winning it, their next game looks even more like a Final , Belgium v Italy , Friday at 9pm CET. Belgium have a tough draw, as they had in 2018 in Russia.

I like it when tension is growing more and more while the competition goes ahead.

One thing about threads like this is that you can figure out which IORR members are European vs North American. I'm guessing that pretty much all who are posting on this thread are from Europe?

Honestly, I think Croatia has a real opportunity to make it against Spain
I'd say 1 to 1 on regular and extra time and Croatia win via penalties.

Kroatia-Spain 1-1 (Spain win - overtime)

France-Switzerland 3-0

My very humble predictions

I know it is Croatia 1 Spain 1 at half time and I think this game will maybe go to extra time and Croatia winning.

I also think France will beat Switzerland maybe 3-1.

If I'm honest, France will go through to next round and it could go either way with Croatia and Spain.
