I went to Marseille for a city trip some years ago and had a great time.
I wouldn't describe the place as an open sewer at all.

In the BBC one, he didn't specifically mention the month of September.

So the French interview is the most recent and most specific one on that front. I listened to that bit and he does mention September, but repeatedly says that it's "not sure" yet, however.

You watch too much TV : it's only a few blocks in the middle of the Parisian nowhere. And it's mainly the result of mis-management by our retarded left-wing mayor. Think San Francisco and you'll have an idea on how this incompetent person handles the matter (or any matter btw). Anne Hidalgo couldn't manage a kindergarden, much less a city with a 9 billion Euros budget.

Mick lives (happily) in the posh and crack-free 7th arrondissement. Do you think he'd contemplate buying a flat in Marseille? Me neither.
