However: could the hair be related to cancer treatment in any way? If so, I apologise.

It is his hair growing back after his medical treatment.

After his first bout of cancer he said he refused chemo because he would lose his hair. This second bout clearly required chemo, but very pleased for Ronnie that its growing back and it maybe still short, but the old colour and coverage remains.

...unlike me and many other much younger than he is!

Was thinking the same too. Probably the treatment. Thank god it is over.

Having lost my hair that way myself, I'll tell you every hair strand will count from now on. It's a joy when it grows back

I absolutely don’t doubt that every returning hair is blessing. I can only admire the courage of all cancer battlers

I do actually think he’s looking healthy. In his post-alcoholism existence, he nearly always does.

'Enjoy your Martinis'? Well, after battling cancer, on top of alcoholism, I suspect imbibing once again most definitely not on the menu. Like millions of others, his alcoholism will forever be in recovery. A drink is the last thing he needs, I'm sure.

If it were me I'd probably be the same, if that's the way Ronnie wants to go at it good luck to him.
The fun times he and Rod have had together, it's not all been bad for Ronnie that way, he stopped drinking when it got messy didn't he, he did the right thing by everyone embracing a life of sobriety, don't begrudge a man a few martinis,( if that is the case) he's earned them and anything else he wants to take, he's always said he and Keith know the right medicine.

Proof positive that it's not a wig!

Good to see Ronnie.

Wow, this is a little shocking for me. I hope Ronnie is going to make it back to good form soon.

Best Wishes to Ronnie and his family, and I'm sure all will be fine with his health.
He will be up and running by the time The Stones go live and back on stage.

Don't get me wrong, I'm a believer myself but God can't help you against small cell cancer whereas Chemo and Radiotherapy definitely can, for a time anyway, there isn't a cure.

Maybe it’s because Penny Lancaster is a tall woman, but Rod and Ronnie appear to be so short!

He doesn’t dye his hair. This is his natural color.

He's been posting picture all year of himself over the last year. Videos also. His hair has always been there. You don't receive radiation with his cancer. And yes I've been there.

He lost all his hair from the small cell cancer treatments. But he’s in remission now.
