Really close but I don't think it's him. But weird that Roger Moore has a lingering look at him...so maybe?
Yeah.. the lingering look Moore gives him and the close proximity the passerby (Mick?) has, leaves me leaning towards yes.. good eye Stoneswolf.
An uncredited cameo by Mick? Sure looks like it

That's John Moreno as Luigi Ferrara, Bonds fellow spy and contact in Greece.

He looks a little bit like that guy from Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, I mean the child catcher.
But he isn't, like probably it also is not our Mick.

The credits list The Swiss Alps as the location the skiing shots were filmed.
Anyone know if that locale was likely for Mick in 80/81?
*Long shot.. and this scene could be filmed elsewhere.. but??

Didn’t Keith break his nose in 1976or 1977?

Mick's hair was shorter in 1980.
Nothing anywhere has ever suggested he was in Italy when the movie was being filmed.

Wasn’t he filming that aborted role in the Herzog movie around this time?

Wasn’t he filming that aborted role in the Herzog movie around this time?
First filming of Fitzcarraldo was from Fall 1979 until December 1980 and was then aborted due to Jason Robard's severe illness. For continuity, Herzog had to begin a total reshoot in April 1981 with Klaus Kinski. Mick Jagger as Fitzcarraldo's assistant Wilbur and Mario Adorf as the Ship's captain were originally cast, but due to the delays, their shooting schedule expired. Mick Jagger parted to tour with the Rolling Stones. Herzog dropped Jagger's character from the script altogether as he reshot the film from the beginning.
