Taking "the mick", with MICK!

The great art of 'self deprecation' when it comes to MJ. How he's poked fun at himself/his image through the years.

Their were two for me that immediately came to mind, as in Mick, 'taking the mick' with himself.

The first was in the REWIND video, wearing his 1972 tour outfit and coming to life alongside Bill the security guard/janitor (can't quite remember).

I couldn't find the exact clip but on this one there are shots of Bill and Mick playing pinball, Mick on a Mick Jagger machine:

The second was in the Running Out Of Luck video, where he's trying to convince the locals that he's the singer of the Rolling Stones, and dancing like 'Mick' to prove it.

Now, as you're thinking of some funny moments, not all of them are self-deprecating. Some of them may just be, 'unfortunate'. List it anyway!

"Respectable" and "Some Girls" come to mind.

Agreed. It's tremendous. In the old days of VHS I used to keep that tape wound to that point to show people.

One of the first was the five of them, dressing in drag for the Have You Seen Your Mother Baby shoot.

Hilarious!

They really have to reissue some of this stuff to Blu Ray/DVD

That "movie" is not a lot more than an extended promo video for the album.

IMHO "Just Another Night" is an excellent track, and should have been a Stones track.

Re-issuing "Rewind" would make them a lot of dollars though.

Ha! Anyone remember "Let's Rob Mick Jagger"?

The whole premise was hysterical.
