They're trying to avoid the "Streisand effect" I guess, so they act silently, on YT, removing posts and cancelling accounts.
Imo that's a good thing : it shows they still believe in the commercial potential of this material = we might get it officially released one day (in lossless form)?

After all, the COVER of the “official” release of the 3 CDs already available says:
Cd1 is called VOLUME 1,
cd2 is called Volume 2 and
cd3 is called Volume 3.
So, that’s 3 “Volumes”, no?
Yet we talk of 3 volumes, so eagerly await 2 more sets.

Yeah, that could be the end of it, but thankfully there was 3 cd worth, and I'm still enjoying it - lots to get through and fully absorb.
Slowly but surely, and not something to be taken for granted, especially considering the lack of new material the last 16+ years.

Though everyone has been their opinions about these tracks, I think we all conclude that Still In Love, is their bestest ever outtakes. When heard the instrumental in the 80s (or 90s?) I mesmerazided - it's a highlight, even compared with their very best

I think Rod has it right and the 3 we have in the one package are the three originally referred to.
I am surprised we have not heard from the RS camp about this release, seems pretty earth shaking to me.

not if "they" were afraid of getting a restraining order of some sort after the release of the first volume. And that remains a possibility. If there are two more sets of three to come, I bet they used all the best stuff on the first set and the other two might be disappointing in comparison.
But maybe not...lets hope for the best!
