My name is Erik, and theres a lot of snow here in northern Norway. And I got to showel a lot of it, in November - April.

Erik has the snow melted yet?

Can we call you Erik_Rain from May to October? It has not stopped raining since winter here.
Or based on his postings from today. It should be Erik the miserable old SOB who hopes he dies before he or anyone else gets old.thumbs down

I hadn't ever seen that, that's pretty cool. And it's funny seeing a thread I started six years ago resurected. Most of my brain cells from 2005 are dead, but the thread lives on!

That was on the inner sleeve of George Harrison's album EXTRA TEXTURE. I used to have a cool Apple promo shirt that said that (OHNOTHIMAGEN) on the back -- wish I still had it.

I wanted a 'female' named track. Nothing else was left and the correct spelling of Lady Jane already taken, although I've never seen him/her post!

That's why I always thought, when first seeing your post - "amused" - can't be nothing than a "Like a Rolling Stone" reference. Or maybe it's just me?

I love everything about WAITING ON A FRIEND.

- the studio version with it´s lyrics and it´s unique feel
- the cool and charming video
- the live version 1981 (Phoenix!)

But: I´m no virgin and I´m no Priest! ;-)

well mine is rather boring and obvious. I didn't really give it much thought at the time. Now that I have associated myself with it for so many years, I have grown rather attached.

Let It Bleed was also the first Stones album I ever owned. It was a beat up LP that my Mom had since '69 that I inherited at the age of 14. I still have it.

Tumbling Dice was just too dull, so a simple bit of rhyming and bob's yer aunty...crumbling mine was created. I also like the visual imagery of a crumbling mouse.
