OT: Hardin and York Sympathy for the Devil circa 1970

Better known in the UK/USA for having the thankless task of replacing Steve Winwood in the Spencer Davis Group, a very young Eddie Hardin and SDG drummer Peter York (a fantastic musician in his own right) were apparently huge in Germany in the late 60's/early 70s. (Maybe some of German IORR'ers can attest). Nothing approaches the original (of course) but its a pretty feisty Hammond/Drums interpretation.

Hardin & York played this at the 2nd Pop & Blues Festival in Essen (Germany) on April 24, 1970. Excerpts of this performance had been aired some time in 1970 by German TV WDR in their "Swing In" programme. Meanwhile this footage has been lifted from their archives and can be seen here:
