Separating the artists art from their personal conduct is a decision fans take.In the case of the bassist it was well documented and seemingly acceptable at that time.Well acceptable to some.Other artists had careers destroyed.
But hey who knows what really goes on behind closed doors?We like to think we know these artists but in reality have no clue what so ever.
Just enjoy the music!

Yeah me too given Coop's religious background, although I remember him saying Manson's actually a nice guy (though much of what's coming out lately seems to suggest otherwise).

In his defense...I will say however, whatever happened to innocent until proven guilty? Seems people are getting ruined over accusations. I can't stand his type of music but apparently someone does and he makes a living off of it. I'm not saying he didn't do any of the things accused of but I'm not saying he did either. But if you're going to ruin someone's livelihood, labels dropping him, music and tv shows pulled, management quitting, there should definitely be some proof beyond reasonable doubt. The torch-bearing mob mentality of instant trial/sentencing is a bit out of control. Bring charges, arrest him, put him on trial like Harvey Weinstein, Bill Cosby or R. Kelly. If there's not enough proof for any of that, I'm not sure his entire life should be upended.
