tks Irix.
looks like [DavidBowieNews.com] has really the entire concert here but it´s just a stream. i am looking for an audio CD or wav files.
really not helpful that amazon never shows the contens of the cds but its rather unlikely that this set really covers the whole concert

The whole track listing can be found in the product description - [Amazon.de] - 31 tracks, looks like the complete show.

You mean 1976?
I didn't know it was filmed !

He didn't play Earls Court in 1976. I think the live section from this video is from Earls Court 1978. If we could get the whole Show in this quality it would be unbevlievable.

Been listening to Brilliant Adventure this week.

Wondering when the final instalment in the series will see the light of day.

I recently read that there were more than 30 songs under consideration for The Next Day. I’m guessing there must have been extra material from the Heathen and Reality sessions as well.

would not be a surprise
a 2 CD set from this show was already released about 6-7 years ago by Parlophone titled "Welcome to the Blackout (Live London '78)" , taken from video source
so why not release the video now as well

Still waiting for the rumoured 'holy grail' Diamond Dogs shows that were supposedly professionally filmed at Madison Square Garden in June 1974 on 16mm and have been sitting in a vault somewhere.

I've tried to get confirmation if this actually exists, even asked Mike Garson on FB, but no one seems to know for sure, except maybe Bowie's son, Duncan (anyone know how to contact him?).

The full 1978 Earl's Court show on video is a welcome release, although I believe at the time Bowie wasn't happy with the performance.

"The shows were filmed by the director David Hemmings for cinematic release later in 1978. Bowie was dissatisfied with the film and it was never released, saying in 2000, “I simply didn’t like the way it had been shot."

just saw this post on the steve hoffman forum

"The editor of the David Bowie Glamour Fanzine posted on instagram earlier today claiming that "The movie of David Bowie's summer 1978 Earl's Court shows will be released into cinemas worldwide this year". Responding to a comment stating that they don't see the news anywhere, they responded "You will".

As they're a founder of the Fan Convention, I'm inclined to trust this information. As such, I'm guessing this is the film teased by Brett Morgen previously."
