their 1st album was great "1941 Mining Disaster" is still a favorite-never got into the disco stuff-- wasnt a fan of the genre-- but they were really talented.
Saw a clip on youtube way back when they were kids-- doing a Bob Dylan song -- pretty funny
Also, didnt Maurice do a solo album way back in 1970 ? Played all the instruments on it ? Maybe ??

Yes. The Bee Gees are realy great.
IMy uncle liked them a lot and so listrnd to them as a child.
I teached myself to play and sing "Massechusets", "Words" and "How deep is your Love".
My uncle also was a Stones fan. This he realy gave to me.

I always lived "Words" but they seemed to skip over that one in the documentary (as well as the whole Sgt. Pepper movie...maybe for good reason but it is part of their history).

Everyone should own a Bee Gees Greatest Hits compilation. I like their late-60's recordings, as well as the disco-era.

Great Point , Big Al; they weren't even a disco group in the 60s far from it.
