Well as a starting point I would guess 1965 looking at the clothes, hair and guitar.....but that is a guess.

Jagger is using maracas, so which songs did he perform with maracas? Not Fade Away? Mona?......so it should be possible to look up set lists to discover when he stopped using maracas.

I would guess it is not later than 1965 because of the clothes.

Hope this helps....a bit.......it’s a great pic by the way.

I will guess 1964 , somewhere in the US .

The equipment is VOX so it is at least 1965.

I'd guess UK rather than US: those stewards don't look like members of an American football team.

Might be Ireland rather than UK, early 1965: there are pictures online of the Savoy Theatre in Cork (January 1965) which show a row of columns in front of the stage like the one behind the Stewards in the picture.
