Here is another vote for a complete El Mocambo set, two or more cds.

I hope vintage stuff like 72-73 (heck with that, give us more 69) comes out but history would seem to indicate otherwise. Probably no release grade tapes available.

A deluxe/expanded Love You Live with a two disc El Mocambo would be nice.

Since they have already released a complete 1975 show, it would more likely be a complete 1976 show instead up a Deluxe Edition of Love You Live.

About time to reissue the Four Flicks shows I think.

(You can search on "Doxa" and be in heaven!)

Or you can search on Rockman and be in heaven. Possibly Hairball.

So many good nominations all of you have made. For me ...

1) El Mocambo complete (did they do more than one show?)

2) Circus Krone, Munchen 2003. (BTW, I just scored a t shirt from those shows last eve on eBay but was wondering why it says Munich rather than Munchen???)

3) Paris 2, October 22nd, 2017, No Filter.

Therefore a DVD of Paris'76 with a Mocambo CD would be a swell pacakge.

My wishlist:

1) Tattoo You reissue - (great album even tho it's outakes, plus it's the only one I don't have on CD! (just vinyl))

2) Four Flicks - Paris Olympia show

3) Paris 2, October 22nd, 2017, No Filter.

I'm going off track here, but, oh no, not another poster who considers Tattoo You an 'outtakes album'! It really isn't. Most of the song's have their origins from earlier sessions, but the album was marketed as an L.P. of 'new material' It isn't an equivalent of, say, Led Zeppelin's CODA.

Other artists have upgraded cassette audience recordings... Little Steven, Bruce Springsteen for example. Why don’t the Boys do the same. The Plagent Process will fix it

"As part of the agreement, Eagle Rock will also re-issue several classic concert films from their archives including: Atlanta (Atlantic City misspelled)(1989); Steel Wheels (1989-90); Voodoo Lounge (1994); Bridges to Babylon (1997-1998); Four Flicks (2002) and Bigger Bang (2005-2006)".

So I guess Four Flicks and Biggest Bang with extras will be next...

I'd welcome reissues of any Flicks or ABB live shows as they fell into that vinyl black hole of the early 2000s, when nothing other than studio releases came out on anything other than CD and/or DVD.

Yeah, it looks like that the 'modern era' (tours from 1989 on) is the one targeted at the moment. That surely is the easiest era, since there are supposedly so much technically good material in the can, and still some 'gaps' to fill in. I guess it is also a good policy in marketwise, since so many people - probably all who follow them now - have personal experiences of the tours from 1989 on. To think, it is the Stones as they've been known with an incredible success for over 30 years now...

It looks like the pocket of releasable 'pre-history' concerts was more or less emptied by the first token of Eagle Rock releases. Like Mathijs I wonder what happened to Paris 76?

That said, there surely will be more deluxe editions of 'old' albums. Most likely the next one in next year (especially if they aren't able to finish the new album).

"As part of..." / "will also" does not mean that the listed projects form the entire agreement. They're just meant as examples. Consequently, material like Paris 1976, Knebworth and other, even earlier stuff is not outruled.

Absolutely. However, so far they've been sticking to the list.

"As part of" and "will also" could also be referring to these releases, in addition to an eventual new album, merch etc.

Some row and unperfect recordings live or studio that wasn' t available on boot would be great ...

Or unaltered studio-outtakes 1974 - 1990 ?

A 2 DVD of Knebworth 1976 would be worth purchasing even if disc 1 only featured Little Red Rooster and disc 2 only had Wild Horses

I would say a Paris 1976 dvd/cd combo is more likely.

Not on disc.... It's the finest version of the song, apart from the original, IMO.

The entire album was from earlier sessions. There were no new band sessions, just leftovers that needed to be finished. Unlike some previous albums (SF, EOMS, GHS and ER) that had unfished previous session tracks, TY is completely previous session unfinished tracks - that were, obviously, finished and, just as with those previous albums when they came out, it was a new album.

It's nothing like CODA.

That aside, it is unknown if more tracks were finished. Therefor, a deluxe reissue seems pointless.
