How does the sound compare to the audio on Eastern Promise? The same track or remastered?
To my ear the sound on the original VHS tape of New Jersey sold at the show is better than Miami or Tokyo.

It seems it's region-free - at least the box of the BluRay says nothing about a region-code - [iorr.org] .
There's also no symbol of the region-code on the BR-Disc - [www.YouTube.com] .

Guys,
Just want to know is this any good ? I've purchased it from CDJapan and am looking forward to it. Is it a good gig. I know the songs are different in some respect to Voodoo Lounge Uncut, but I love that era of The Stones, i.e Voodoo Lounge / Stripped.

I bought it with no regrets. Only watched it once but it appeared to have a few different camera angles than original laser disc. I can’t even watch voodoo uncut. The video and audio are worse than my old vhs or bootleg copies.

Like many others, I bought the Miami concert and it certainly is rather poor audio which prompted me to buy the Voodoo Lounge Live In Japan. It definitely has better sound.

Did you buy the blu-ray or dvd? If you bought the blu-ray, can you check if it's specify which region it is? I was planning to order the blu-ray but im not sure if it is possible to watch on an EU-blu-ray player.
