I thought it was common knowledge that Mick has hairplugs, at least according to someone who knew his hair stylist.
He looks great though.
I agree his voice does sound scratchy as you mentioned in a previous post - hope he's taking care of himself!

He seems to be happier with age. A good way to mature. And wise. I think he has some kind of a chronic laryngitis though. His voice has gone down several octaves.
