Unfortunately, your order has been returned to us by the courier as they were unable to deliver it to you.
We can confirm that you have been refunded and the payment will process within 3-5 working days.

This is the message my son got back in January when chasing his Sticky Fingers Red Vinyl - which he is still waiting for:
Thank you for your reply.
We have been advised that we were short shipped. We are chasing our supplier on this and at this stage, we do not forsee any issue in these being supplied.

I'm afraid no SF RED in Holland for me. This is what they told me:
