The problem is not what they sell but how they are handling this delay in production and shipping. I understand all the problems that can exist in the UK these days. But what really makes me turn my balls is the way of communicating of those who manage the store.
I hope someone very close to the band will let them know that their store is really run by incompetents

Figured it had to be a production issue, if this turns out to be the issue.
Combined with shipping issues, at least here in the US, mine took over a month in transit alone.
Looks like there is still hope outstanding orders still have a chance of being filled.. eventually

Delivery from abroad is nowadays a bit tricky since you don't know by which parcel service it'll be delivered. I had recently 2 "strange" cases: sent by a UK-Shop via Royal Mail but delivered in Germany by GLS (instead of DHL). The same from Austria: sent by Austrian Post but delivered in Germany by Hermes (instead of DHL). And since other parcel services cannot use the 'Packstation' by DHL (a self-service parcel-locker in Germany) the shipment was simply returned to sender ("wrong address").

They reply pretty promptly to my emails sent via the online form originally and now by just replying to emails, unfortunately they have nothing useful to say about the SF LPs that they did not receive from their supplier and only offer to cancel the order. Can't see a happy ending to this fiasco...Our orders must have been "diverted" by unscrupulous "insiders" (of the same ilk as those that used to sell concert tickets on the side) and found their way on eBay !

I bought one from Discogs for 5 times the retailprice. I know from at least 5 buyers in Holland that they didn't receive the record.

This is really unfortunate. But it can’t be a coincidence that many people in the Netherlands (including me) are still waiting for the vinyl to arrive. I still have hope it will pop up, as my AC/DC Power Up silver vinyl arrived more than two months after dispatch from the UK (untracked as well).

I may not complain, i've got all the three releases from Carnaby Street No 9 since yesterday now complete at my house in the netherlands.
