The song is Star Star, and the solo at about 2 minutes is incredible.

Incredibly bad compared to his playing in 1973-1976

When trying to watch this, I'm reminded how much Bill Wyman meant, especially in rockers like this, the song has a happy swing danceband mood here

The Bass Guitar is very bad, compared to Bill's playing.
Sorry I have to say that.
And it isn't really better after over 25 Years.

It`s nice to be here, .....

Is he really playing the Star Star solo though? Doesn't really sound like it.

At least they played it!

Is it me, or does Mick name-drop Jon Voight and Angelina Jolie in the famous third verse?

People that think Keiths playing is incredible never listened to great guitar players

He is great a lot.But mostly playing rhythm guitar. His @#$%& playing was good in the 1970s,but his playing here is horrible.Devoid of his great sense of timing and rhythm. And Jones sucks here too.

Sounds like a Chuck Berry show from the '80s...

a rather poor to mediocre performance of the whole song, I'd say

Checked out the video. Made myself sit through it. Musically, pretty generic to me with no real dynamic to the music. I got more interested in looking at how MJ, KR and RW moved about the stage. To me, they performed as if they were believing in and acting out their own mythology, that this is the way the Rolling Stones are supposed to look and move (and sound) when giving a concert.

The version of SFM that comes after this is not too shabby.

And people who say this about Keith tend to have very poor taste. If you don't think Keith is a GREAT guitar player you are such a person.

Keith's solo sounds quite ok to me, but the overall stones sound, the punch if you like, has gone indeed compared to the early 7-tees.

Exactly that. I'm happy they played it because I love the song, but if I'm being honest it seems embarrassing on many levels and its not something I'd show to anyone thats not already a serious fan. I don't agree with my neighbor that they are not good anymore, but this is exactly the type of performance that has made her not want to see them since 1989.

It is. They were married. Jon Voight is her father but it wouldn't make sense and isn't name checked.

Keith WAS of the greatest guitar players probably thru Urban Jungle. After that, he's been progressively more & more smoke & mirrors until Jax 2019 when he hardly knew where he was and what we heard was not what he strummed.....

I was there and stared at the monitors of Keith, and he played so little until someone somewhere was filling in.

that was my sense at the Seattle show last summer as well. Keith really didn't play all that much. It was the Mick and Ronnie show.

So many fans seem to think that if a new or old Stones song does not sound like vintage seventies Stones, it must therefore be trash. I cannot understand why we all are looking forward to a new album in 2020 or 2021. It will not sound like a seventies album because this is not 1975. It will be different because their musical interests will have changed, and Keith's guitar sound will have changed also.

I will be very disappointed if Keith's guitar work on a new album sounds like a throwback to an earlier age.

He was pretty good at one time. A couple good solos during his time. Now the guys soles are embarrassing at best. Keith Partridge could do better.
