Happy Life - Friends haven't seen Mick Jagger this Happy 'In decades'
Date: July 22, 2020 05:01

Glad to see this article just before his birthday celebration:

In 2019, he had heart surgery and his band pushed back a tour. A year later, his band's tour got postponed due to a global health crisis. And, for months now, he's been stuck quarantining with his girlfriend and their young son.

While this sounds trying, for Mick Jagger, it all led to true happiness.

The Rolling Stones frontman and Melanie Hamrick's "love story has heated up" over the past year, a source told Page Six, adding that they've been quarantining together in a rented castle in Tuscany amid the coronavirus pandemic.

Melanie recently posted photos from their temporary home while celebrating her 34th birthday [www.instagram.com]

The couple's friends consider them married — but of course they aren't as Mick doesn't do that anymore, lol," the insider said. "Mick's pals say they haven't seen him this happy in decades, and he has finally settled down. It only took a heart attack and pandemic."

In December 2016, Mick, 76, and Melanie welcomed son Deveraux.

The couple has been fiercely devoted to each other, as Melanie, a ballerina, took time off from the American Ballet Theatre to take care for her man as he was recuperating from heart valve replacement surgery.

"With ABT shut down, it turns out Melanie made all the right choices," Page Six's source said.

While in isolation, Mick hasn't exactly been taking it easy. In April, he said he was "rehearsing in isolation," sharing an image of himself riffing on the guitar.

While apart due to the pandemic, the Stones recently released "Living in a Ghost Town," the legendary group's first original song since 2012. Page Six reported the band is also working on another new song via Zoom.

I had read that he was looking for a place to rent in Italy after the pandemic started.

I'm so glad that MICK is happy with his new family. I wouldn't expect him to find someone his own age but I'm glad he finally found someone his size and with something in common, his love for performing and dance, and a precious child together.

All those years ago he wrote the ROcks Off lyrics I was making love last night, to a dancer friend of mine, I cant seem to stay in step, she cums every time she pirouettes on me. So I guess he's happy doing that with her now. She's very flexible and talented and I'm sure she loves the fact that she has MICK all to herself during the pandemic. After that, I predict MICK goes back to his old ways.

Being 77 has a saying in Japanese.

Kiju (pronounce as ki-dju)

Sort of "Being happy to still being alive".
So Yes, Mick for sure is happy!
