Happy 58th anniversary to the greatest rock 'n roll band in the world. Their music is timeless and it's touched me so much over the years. My dad was and still is a big Stones fan and I'm so happy I'm able to love them with him.

amazing achievement to have been going for 58 years,

who would have thought when i discovered them in 1987 they would still be going 33 years later,

roll on the 60th anniversary.

Well I guess they will at least continue another 2 years to reach their 60's anniversary after that I don't know on the other hand why should they stop ...it's company they still have a dozen 50th anniversary releases to do .

Fan since '67 and I remember well the discussions in the early 70's Ohh... this will be there last and there last and last concert, this continued years and years and they are still with us (and the discussions are gone)

After seeing them with my son in November 2012 (with Bill and Mick T. as guests) I told him that I was perfectly happy and whatever would follow would be bonus. Bonus? Another 8 years added to my rich Stones fan life of well over 56 years.
They never, never, never stop and make a grown man cry ...

July 13, 1985: Both Mick and Keith (and Ronnie) performs onstage for the first time in three years, although separately, at the the Live Aid benefit concert at JFK Stadium, in Philadelphia. Mick as a solo artist, with guest star Tina Turner, while Keith and Ronnie show up at the end of the show with Bob Dylan.

Wow. I remember all the hype surrounding the 50th. Well, it did bring Bill and Mick T. back. Don't think there's anything near that for the 60th. (Unless Brian is stirring.) Wonder what golden age product they'll push for the 60th? It's about f'ing time they put out all their promo videos, with overdubbed high def sound.
