It's the sound he's making that doesn't really cut it for me. Of course he's good, but it surprises me that he doesn't try a more distinct sound, like Bill had.
And he's not really into walking bass
His LwM sounds great to me.
His tone is very dry indeed with the Stones.
I don't know either why he choses to sound like that.
He was tested and hired by Miles in midd 8-tees, so no doubt he knows his walking bass stuff.
