If the notion of "happy" means carefree, I'd say that the whimsical "What To Do" might be the happiest Stones song, followed by "Downtown Suzie."



The "..and I did not know her name!" line in "Silver Train struck me as pretty happy. As do the choruses of "Honky Tonk Women" and "Jumpin' Jack Flash."
