WTF.

This ain't "Fingertips Pt. 2", so why do you call him "Little" Stevie Wonder?

Wow. Some powerful and needed words. His song, You Haven't Done Nothin", was written in regard to American president Richard Nixon. It's words still hold true today.

I was thinking the same thing. He does look like he lost a lot of weight though.

As I remember “Little Stevie Wonder” was Stevie’s nickname early in his career.

I believe his weight loss stems from his kidney transplant last year.
I hope he is healthy. I love Stevie.

Damn, thought it was a new song. Change the thread title please, it is misleading.

And sorry, no interest, we get enough preaching these days!

Yes. Back when he was a kid and did "Fingertips."

Calling him "Little" now is patronizing BS, and I'd say it was a d**k move meant to diminish his message.

When someone like Stevie Wonder is preachin', best you be listening!

And it is a song. Spoken word song. Very moving and like said, makes me love Stevie Wonder just a little bit more.

In defense of LazarusSmith, I don't see it that way at all. I think he's just showing his (old) age, and "Little Stevie Wonder" is how he remembers first hearing him - after all that's how he was known around the world.
I highly doubt he intended it to be "patronizing BS", or that it was meant to "diminish" the message. On the contrary, the fact he started this thread is a sign of respect and is highly praiseworthy of Stevie and his message imo.

Beautiful words from Stevie. The man exudes warmth and integrity - when he speaks it's always from the heart. Every time I hear or think of him I always think of 'I Don't Know Why" which in turn makes me think of Brian - it's all connected folks, we're all connected.

A particularly fitting one. Amazing how much the horns sound like Doo Doo Doo Doo Doo (etc), at least to me.

A little Bob Marley vibe, the dub version is particularly excellent.
