I've forgotten how to post a video and get the video image up instead of it just showing a link. Can someone help please?

Another way to post pics:
- Upload a pic to your Google Drive
- Select «share»
- Copy the link
- Remove the word drive from that link and write docs instead
- Remove file/d/ and write uc?id= instead
– Remove /view?usp=sharing
- Add IMG, with these on each side: [ ] in front of the link
- Add /IMG with these on each side [ ] after the link
