At this point the situation with new Japanese release is unclear.
Apparently, both versions of new Japanese SHM CDs will come with the same show from July 13. One will be in old (2015) mastering. The other one - new remaster.

Regarding previous releases.
LA Friday (digital download from stonesarchive) by mistake contains audio from July 13 show (i.e. Sunday concert).
LA Forum (from the vaults) contains concert from July 11 (Friday) as video portion + 2CD set with audio from July 13 (Sunday).
Japanese WARD release contains concert from July 11 (Friday) as video portion + 2CD set with audio from July 13 (Sunday) + 2CD with soundtrack from July 11 (Friday) concert (bonus CDs in extremely expensive deluxe edition).

Still with me? winking smiley

wtf?

Can't they even get simple facts straight? I knew the original LA Friday was Sunday's show (wasn't Who Went to Church this Sunday also the sunday show?) but now wiredallnight is saying that what is advertised as July 11 show is actually July 12 show? and that the Japanese sets contain difference performances on the dvd vs the cd?

Or do you mean the last mentioned Japanese set actually contains video of july 11, and audio from july 13 and the super deluxe bonus is actually audio from July 12 instead of July 11 as previously released as the video for LA Forum and also the video in this same package?

This shit makes my head hurt.

The dvd was always a different show than the cd. And it was dated wrongly when it was released.

I am positive you got properly remixed copy of that show from trade with wilff or ReelStone.

I think I even deleted the audio after I got the dvd... no need for two identical setlists only two days apart at the same venue.

I threw away both CDs and DVDs, I allready heard this band live at the radio once

edit: or maybe it was the Beatles or Thin Lizzy. Anyway, it was rock music.

nzentgraf - how many proofs does one need?

DVD + 2 CD's 'L.A. Forum (Live In 1975)' (Eagle Vision EAGDV038).
DVD filmed live in Los Angeles, July 11 (booklet erroneously says July 12), 1975.
Filmed by The Record Plant, recorded by Ron Nevison.
CD's recorded live in Los Angeles, July 13, 1975. Mixed by Bob Clearmountain.

But nzentgraf can't know exactly like we all. Fact the video and audio are from different shows. One very poor.

Still I enjoy Dirty Work, all 347 copies of it.

Nico does not put anything on his site without verifying first. If he says the video was recorded on 11 July, I would believe him 100%.

Not if you don't count CDRs or LPRs of the mentioned album
